DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC is a registered company based in the United Arab Emirates, specialising in custom exhibition stands, kiosks, signage, acrylic displays, event stalls, and related fabrication and printing services since 2001.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Website, submitting an inquiry form, sending an email, or engaging with our services in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Website on behalf of a legally authorised business entity.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations in connection with your use of this Website and our services.

3. Services Offered

DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC provides the following services, subject to availability, project scope, and mutual agreement:

All services are subject to a formal quotation and confirmation process. The commencement of any project is contingent upon written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of any agreed advance payment.

4. Quotations & Project Confirmation

All quotations provided by DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC are:

• Valid for a period of 15 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or site conditions.
• Not binding until formally accepted in writing by the client and confirmed by DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC.
• Additional Collections and delivery from/to other locations will be extra charged as per the locations.

A project is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance of the quotation, along with the agreed advance payment (typically 50% of the total project value, unless otherwise agreed in writing).

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• An advance payment of 50% of the total project value is required upon order confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or installation of the final product.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cheque, or as otherwise agreed.
• All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at 5%, which will be added to the final invoice in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 8 of 2017.
• Late payments may attract an administrative charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to logos, design concepts, 3D renders, photographs, text, graphics, and portfolio images — is the intellectual property of DAS Advertising Product & Design L.L.C. and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC.

Custom designs and 3D concepts created by DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC for a specific client remain the intellectual property of DAS Advertising until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final fabricated product transfers to the client. Design files and artwork remain the property of DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project briefs, venue requirements, and technical specifications in a timely manner.
• Obtaining all necessary permissions, approvals, and permits required by the event organiser or venue authority for the installation of stands or displays.
• Ensuring site access is available at the agreed time for installation and dismantling teams.
• Reviewing and approving 3D design concepts and artwork proofs before production commences. DAS Advertising is not liable for errors not identified during the approval stage.
• Ensuring that any logos, brand guidelines, or third-party materials provided to DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC are properly licensed and owned by the client.

8. Delivery & Installation

DAS Advertising Product & Design LLC will endeavour to deliver and install all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Delays in client approvals or feedback.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
• Site conditions that differ from those communicated at the time of quotation.

DAS Advertising shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from delays that are beyond our reasonable control. Clients are advised to confirm all deadlines in writing at the time of order confirmation.

9. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations or significant modifications to confirmed orders must be submitted in writing. The following conditions apply:

• Cancellation before production commences: The advance payment is non-refundable as it covers design, planning, and material procurement costs.
• Cancellation after production has commenced: The client is liable for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, which may exceed the advance payment.
• Modifications to scope or design after production has commenced may incur additional charges.

10. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

DAS Advertising warrants that all products will be fabricated with reasonable skill and care, using quality materials appropriate for the intended use.

DAS Advertising's liability in respect of any claim is limited to the total value of the specific project to which the claim relates. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Loss of business, revenue, or profit.
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling of delivered products by the client or third parties.
• Normal wear and tear during or after events.

11. Storage Services

DAS Advertising offers storage services for exhibition stands and display materials after events. Storage is subject to availability and an agreed storage fee. Items left without a confirmed storage arrangement will not be retained. DAS Advertising is not responsible for items not collected within 7 days of event completion, unless a storage agreement is in place.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Any personal or business information collected through this Website — such as your name, email address, phone number, or company details — will be used solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and providing our services. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties, except where required by UAE law.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or any services provided by DAS Advertising, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.

DAS Advertising reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this Website.
